Balance Beam

I almost had this crazy idea that i should be like my grandmother, who is an artist, and let people draw their own meaning from my poetry. But how can I give people the message if I don't explain my meaning?

The balance beam- the narrow path to heaven. So easy to stray from the path, to fall to the wide and oft-traveled road to Hell. the cheers and jeers are the misleading voices of the people around us, as well as ourselves. We trust so much in the words of others that we think are wise, and don't bother to wonder what God wants. It may indeed be our intention to do His will, but if we go about it the wrong way, well, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Only by keeping our sight on Him can we accomplish his Will and make ourselves one with Him.
